17TH  BATTALION COMMANDER’S BIENNIAL CONFERENCE (18-20 DEC 2025)

The 17th Biennial Conference & AGBM of GA held at GRC from 18-20 Dec 2025 was a resounding success with participation from four of our Patrons, 22 COs, 24 Sub Majs, and 19 Head Clerks. The enthusiasm of the attendees, depth of discussions and collective commitment to our shared goals truly highlighted the professionalism and regimentation that defines GRENADIERS.

The presence of senior leadership and veterans reinforced our regimental bonds, fostering meaningful exchanges. The sessions provided a valuable platform for interaction, exchange of ideas and a thorough review of critical issues concerning our Regt, its personnel and the veteran community. Additional engagements included personal interactions with Dy MS and SO Msn Olympics as well as a virtual connect with DIAV— all of whom are proud GRINDERS.

A major highlight was the Knowledge Upgrade Capsule designed for Sub Majors, Head Clerks and Docu Cell Clerks. Representatives from PAO and CDA were also present, contributing to the fruitful discussions. 

A few of our ESM who have made significant contributions to both society and our Regt were honoured for their outstanding service. The event also marked the release of a comprehensive booklet titled "Seva Ka Samman," which outlines all the entitlements and benefits available to ESMs, Veer Naris, and widows from various agencies, including our own GA and GRC (Soft copy of the same will be posted separately).

Looking ahead, preparations are underway for the GRINDERS DINNER at Delhi in first quarter of March 2026. We encourage all GRINDERS to Save the Date and further details will be shared in the groups closer to the event.
