COR INTERACTION WITH COMMANDING OFFRS

1           Lt Gen Sanjay Mitra, AVSM, GOC 1 Corps and Col The Grenadiers, carried out an interaction on 17 January 2025, with the Commanding Officers and Sub Majs of five Paltans. The aim was to reach out to the Pillars of the Regt, the COs and Sub Majs, to have an open interaction and exchange of views, with the overall intent to take a feedback.

2. The COR emphasised on the need for enhancing esprit-de-corps, unit cohesion and efficiency, to ensure the Regiments’ continued success. The COR also exhorted the units to maintain constant liaison with the veterans and Veer Naris. 

3.         The interaction was a first of the practice initiated by the COR, with an aim to facilitate open communication between the COR and the units.
