COR VISIT TO 21 GRENADIERS -  18 FEB 2025

The ‘AWWAL EKKIS’ was honoured by the visit of Lt Gen Sanjay Mitra, AVSM GOC Strike One and Colonel of the GRENADIERS to the Battalion on 18 Feb 2025. During his first visit to the Battalion in his capacity as COR, he expressed great satisfaction and appreciation for 21 GRENADIERS in all fields.

Highlighting the recent GOC-in-C Unit Citation  and the positive feedback he had received about the Battalion, the COR appreciated the commendable performance of the Battalion and achievements during the current tenure at Panagarh.

At the Special Sainik Sammelan, he addressed all ranks, inspiring them to excel in their upcoming tenure at LC. As a gesture of encouragement, the COR awarded medallions to the outstanding soldiers, recognising their exceptional contribution and boosting the morale of the unit.
