GRENADIERS AGNIVEERS ASCEND THE NATIONAL SHOOTING ARENA

It is a matter of immense pride for the GRENADIERS fraternity to acknowledge the outstanding performance of the Regimental YBC Shooting Team at the 68th National Shooting Championship (Air Rifle & Air Pistol) held at New Delhi.

Agniveer Kartik and Agniveer Vishal delivered exemplary performances in the National Air Rifle event, qualifying for the International Trials scheduled in early 2026. Their success reflects discipline, focus, and mental resilience—the very attributes cultivated at the Grenadiers Regimental Centre. Equally historic is the achievement of Agniveer Sachin, who won a Silver Medal in the National Air Pistol event—the first national-level medal by a skill shooting firer trained at the Centre. His progression to International Trials and likely representation at higher platforms marks a new milestone.

These achievements reaffirm the Centre’s commitment to holistic training and stand as a powerful testimony to the potential and professionalism of today’s Agniveers—soldiers and champions in the making.
