ORIENTATION PROGRAM AT THE GRENADIERS RC- 30 JUN TO 02 JUL 2026  

The GRENADIERS Regimental Centre conducted a comprehensive orientation program for three CO Designates from 30 Jun to 02 Jul 2026, providing an immersive introduction to the Regiment's illustrious heritage, ethos and operational framework. Designed to prepare the officers for future command responsibilities, the program seamlessly integrated Regimental traditions with contemporary military practices. 

The orientation included detailed briefings by GRENADIERS Records and Centre HQ, acquainting the officers with the Regiment's history, administrative systems and current operational dynamics. Practical sessions at the Training Battalion exposed the participants to modern training methodologies, leadership challenges and command best practices. 

The orientation program also included a video interaction with the Colonel of The GRENADIERS, who shared the vision for the Regiment and guided the officers towards a successful command in the future. 

The program strengthened their professional competence, reinforced the core values of The GRENADIERS Regiment and instilled a profound sense of Regimental pride, ensuring they are well-prepared to shoulder the responsibilities of command.
