TRIBUTE TO COL SF HAQUE (RETD) OF 12 GRENADIERS

I deeply regret to inform you about the sad demise of IC 32125 L, Col SF Haque (Retd) on 08 Jan 2026 in Medanta Hospital at Lucknow.  He was born on 22 Apr 1947 and commissioned into 12 GRENADIERS on 06 Sep 1970 and retired on 30 Apr 2001.

Lt Gen Sanjay Mitra, AVSM, Col The GRENADIERS and the entire GRENADIER fraternity convey our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and pray to the Almighty to bestow them strength and courage to bear this irreparable loss with fortitude. We also pray to God to grant eternal peace to the departed soul.

He is succeeded by his wife Mrs Naseema, Sons Sayed and Nizammudin and daughter Makhdooma.
